Richard Hanson grew up north of Seattle in rural Snohomish County. He & his wife made the decision to move to Eastern Washington in the Summer of 2020 after discovering a desire to live a more relaxed pace of life. After working in a career as a music instructor for over 25 years, Richard was ready to transition his passion for helping others into a different arena. 

Through exploring the home buying process on his own, he realized the need to have a professional that you can trust through the entire process. This realization brought him to his career in Real Estate.

Richard is a people-person, through and through. His primary goal is to create and foster long-term relationships with everyone he meets. With this goal in mind, Richard puts his heart and soul into being his client's trusted advisor, counselor and friend. He does his due-diligence to keep his clients' best interests in mind. 

In his spare time, Richard enjoys exploring all of Spokane's local breweries, mountain tops and hiking trails.
